The Smithers Steelheads suffered a 6-2 loss in Terrace to the rival river Kings on Saturday.
Despite the loss, Smithers is still tied at second in the CHIL with the River Kings.
“They had a really good team out..full line up. A pretty good challenge for us, we couldn’t keep up,” says Steelheads Coach Tom DeVries.
With the next week off, the Steelheads are back on the ice in Prince Rupert against the Rampage.
