A single-vehicle collision in Houston yesterday morning resulted in minor injuries for the driver.
Police say the southbound vehicle collided into a concrete block on Mountain View Drive after swerving to avoid hitting an animal that ran into its path.
The concrete block was on the top of the stairs leading from Jamie Baxter Park to Mountain View Crescent.
Police say there was nothing suspicious about the collision.
