There are around 80 firefighters battling a wildfire south of Houston today.
The fire began early Friday night 40 kilometres south of town near Owen Lake and grew to 75 hectares on Sunday.
The blaze is now under control and is smaller than 60 hectares.
The BC Wildfire Service suspects the fire is human caused.
The Northwest Fire Centre says they’ll be investigating further.
