There was a fire in the Hudson Bay Trailer Court on Friday night.
RCMP arrived shortly after 8:30 to help the fire department put out the blaze.
Neighbours rescued an adult female and male youth from the home. They were both taken to the hospital and treated for smoke inhalation and burns.
The female was released later but the male was flown out for further treatment.
Police do no believe the fire to be suspicious.
