The BC Coroners Service have identified a 62-year-old Terrace man in a fatal ATV incident near Granisle, Monday.
They believe Byron Heighington, the sole occupant of the quad, collided with a moose causing him to leave the roadway on Highway 118 just south of Red Bluff Provincial Park after 8 p.m.
He was pronounced dead on scene.
The BC Coroners Service and RCMP continue to investigate his death.
