Its been a total of 441 kilometres over the last 21 days for Anita Marshall raising over 8 thousand dollars for Boarding for Brant.
Today was her last day of the multi marathon fundraiser.
The not-for-profit organization that helps disadvantaged youth was created to honour Marshall’s nephew Brant who was taken in a tragic accident
The 21 kilometres she ran in 21 days represents the birthday Brant missed
The money will help kids enjoy activities like snow boarding that they otherwise couldn’t afford
She was able to beat her goal of 10 dollars a kilometer.
