The public will get a chance to shed light on how the community of Burns Lake and parts of the Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako should grow economically.
Chair of the Regional District Bill Miller says they’re reviewing the Official Community Plan looking for public feedback.
“In terms of how they want to see the community grow (regarding) land use,” says Miller. That focus is centered on zoning and planning.
Miller encourages the residents of Electoral Area B, the north portion of area E and Burns Lake to attend open houses next month.
They’re in Burns Lake October 6th at the village office, and the Francois Lake Community Hall on the 5th.
