More grant money awarded to community groups

Some more organizations have been awarded community gaming grant money from the province.

In a press release MLA John Rustad announced $49,025 in grant funding.

Of that money the Fraser Lake Skating Club will receive over $5,700 dollars, the Houston figure Skating Club is receiving $7,000 and the Music on the Mountain society will receive ten thousand.

Rustad says the sport clubs will use the money for additional equipment and competition travel while the Music on the Mountain Society will put it towards next month’s event.
