Highway 16 has been re-opened at Trout Creek after being closed briefly this afternoon.
Cpl Dave Tyreman says an empty tractor trailer left the road, hit the ditch and caught fire.
The driver was able to escape with minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is not known at this time.
