Burns Lake RCMP are investigating the sudden death of a 16 year old youth. Yesterday afternoon, police received several 911 calls regarding a residence in the 800 block of Lower Lorne Street. When officers arrived they found the deceased teen. The Prince George Forensic Identification Section, North District Major Crime Unit, The Ministry for Children and Family Development and the BC Coroner Service are helping with the investigation. The cause of the death is unknown at this time.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Burns Lake RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
