The RCMP has determined that there was no criminality in the death of a young teen last week in Burns Lake.
On Wednesday, police received several 911 calls regarding a residence in the 800 block of Lower Lorne Street.
When officers arrived they found the deceased youth.
Cpl Dave Tyreman says their investigation has been wrapped up.
The name of the 16 year old is not being released at this time.
The case has been turned over to the BC Coroner’s Service.
