The leader of the Official Opposition of the BC Legislature is touring the northwest right now.
John Horgan will be in Smithers today and Hazelton tonight.
Stikine MLA Doug Donaldson will be showing him around his riding.
“It is a great opportunity for us to host John here,” he says. “Let him know and see what is happening at the grass roots and for people here to get to know John a bit better. So I’ll be having him meet with local businesses and local organizations.”
Donaldson and Horgan will be at the old trading post in Hazelton from 6:30-8:30 tonight. Car pools are being arranged from Smithers.
