A home decor store in Smithers has been nominated for a Small Business BC Award.
Heartstrings is up for The Best Online Marketer Award which recognizes the most innovative and impactful online marketing campaign.
Online Marketer for Heartstrings Danielle Ray says the store has changed their website to allow for online shopping and created a pinterest page recently.
“To have this award would be really great,” she says. “The store and the online website — people love it and it gives people up north something to be excited about being a part of. People go on our facebook and connect and it gives them a social outlet.”
There are 15 other businesses up for the same award.
