The Roi Theatre in Smithers has been broken into.
RCMP received a report that the front door had been smashed sometime between 4 am and 8am on Thursday morning.
Police say the glass was broken with a piece of cement.
The only items that were swiped were candy and chocolates.
No money is kept at the theatre.
There was no damage to any of the equipment.
Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers or the Smithers RCMP at 250-847-3233.
