Police are looking for two men involved in leaving a blue Chevy truck in the Bulkley River near Telkwa.
Authorities say the truck got stuck in the river sometime before 8:30 Sunday morning.
The vehicle has since been towed after losing fluid into the river.
Police are investigating for both environmental management and liquor control licensing offences.
The two men associated with the truck reportedly left the scene in a red vehicle with two women before authorities arrived.
The police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
