Construction on a new adult living centre in Smithers is going well, according to the project’s Realtor.
Bulkley Valley Remax Owner Peter Lund says there was a bit of delay this week at Ptarmigan Meadows but everything should be back on track by next week.

“We are just in midst of changing contractors, and using someone local and experienced,” he says. “We should be starting back up on Monday.”
Lund says despite this, the project is still on time and budget with closing dates scheduled for mid summer. He adds 13 out of the 31 units are sold.
