The village of Telkwa is meeting tonight.
The evening starts off with two delegations, the first from a conservation officer who will be presenting the Wildlife B.C. program and he will give council the opportunity to apply.
The second delegation will be from the Smithers and District Transit with an update on the local bus service.
Also on the agenda, a by-law to regulate the sale, possession and use of fireworks is expected to get first and second reading.
Councillors will also get a report on the chlorine smell coming from the water. Last week, a pump that regulates the chlorine levels broke down but has since been replaced.
The meeting starts at 7 pm in council chambers on Hankin Avenue.
