The evening starts with a delegation from TransCanada with an update on the Coastal Gaslink Project.
The town of Smithers will ask the district for a letter of support for their grant application to upgrade the Smithers Regional Airport.
Also on the agenda, the CAO will ask council to approve buying a new audio conferencing phone system for almost 14-hundred dollars.
There has been several complaints concerning the current system as it does not pick up all voices around the table.
The meeting starts at 7 pm.
