It’s a busy night for town councils in the Bulkley Valley and Lakes District with three meetings tomorrow evening.
In Burns Lake, councillors will discuss Ignite the North, a lease to use the park owned by CN Rail, and supporting Smithers’ bid to apply for a grant to expand their airport.
Telkwa also meets tonight with a busy agenda.
The meeting starts with two delegations, one from the airshed management society and the other from someone with an idea to build a bottling water plant.
Smithers council has a variety of topics to discuss at their meeting including carriage houses, a new possible housing project, snow removal and advisory planning commission appointments.
The agendas and more information for all three meetings can be found on each of their respective website.
