The Town of Smithers will host its Committee of the Whole meeting later today (Wed).
They will acknowledge the Witsuwit’en people’s traditional territory the public lives and works in.
The selection process for the 2018 Awards of Excellence will also be discussed by council.
It gets underway at noon.
