If you’re out and about today you’ll most likely see sweepers on the streets.
DriveBC is reporting that sweeping is taking place on Highway 16 in both directions from Smithers to Wakefield Road, 30 kilometers west of Houston.
The work got underway at 10 am this morning and will run until 4 pm.
This area has been reduced to single lane alternating traffic while the work is taking place.
