The third annual Tech Talk is taking place in Smithers tomorrow.
One of the organizers Eti Enne says people can learn about local innovators doing some cool stuff related to technology.
“We came to the realization that in Smithers there is a high concentration of people that are doing specific projects that have to do with innovation that no one has heard of,” he says. “When we saw that we said there is some cool stuff happening, we need people to see this.”
There will be two speakers, one will discuss custom designed low power communication systems for remote areas and the other will talk about building automation.
The event starts at 7:30 at the Old Church. It is free to attend.
