Tomorrow night is the 32nd annual Ducks Unlimited fundraiser in Smithers
Organizer Shane Mooth says the money raised at the Smithers fundraiser goes towards projects in the area.
“Ducks Unlimited Canada consists of a large network of volunteers nationwide that work to help protect and enhance Canada’s wetlands.It has been for the last 77 years raising money through local chapters and fundraising such as the 32nd annual dinner and fundraiser that we are having here in Smithers tomorrow night.
The fundraiser dinner and auction is held at the Hudson Bay Lodge.
Doors open at 6 pm with dinner to follow at 7 pm and a handful of tickets are still available through Mooth at 250-643-3254
