North District RCMP have released the name of the Williams Lake man killed in what appears to be a homicide.
At 3:45 am Sunday, RCMP were called to the 1000 block of 11th Avenue in Williams Lake after a complaint of a disturbance in the area.
Once RCMP arrived, officers found a 22 year old Corey Huu LE of Williams Lake man dead at the scene.
A 21 year old woman was also at the scene and was taken to hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
North District Major Crime Section along with a Forensic team have been called in to assist the Williams Lake RCMP.
RCMP believe the incident is targeted as the man found at the scene is known to police.
Police are releasing no further details at this time.
