The New Hazelton RCMP have reported two accidents earlier this week.
Crews responded to an ATV accident on 14th Avenue shortly after midnight on Sunday morning.
The driver and passenger were taken to hospital with injuries, RCMP determined that alcohol was a factor in the accident and charges are pending.
Later the same day crews were called out to reports of a truck in the ditch on Highway 37.
The vehicle had been severely damaged in the crash but the driver was not on the scene.
However, RCMP say the man returned to the scene and said he fell asleep at the wheel but sustained no injuries.
