The identity of the man who died on Saturday in Moricetown following a motor vehicle incident has been named.
Forty-seven year old Randy Basil Mitchell, from Smithers, died on the scene after the car he was in went off the road.
He was a rear-seat passenger in a mustang that left the highway at Corya Creek.
The driver and two other passengers in the vehicle at the time were taken to hospital in Smithers with non-life threatening injuries.
The BC Coroners Service and RCMP Traffic Services continue to investigate this death.
