The Ebenezer Canadian Reformed School is inviting everyone aboard for their big spring production.
Tonight is the first of three ECRS performances of the classic comedic opera “Pirates of Penzance ” at 7 pm.
The play has been in the works for months, with rehearsals beginning as far back as January, and drama teacher Cheryl Fennema says this will be quite the show.
“I have a good cast of 35 students that single so great and they’re acting and putting their all into this. You’ve gotta come see this,” she says.
All three shows will be at the Della Herman Theatre in Smithers.
Tickets for Thursday night’s show and Saturday’s 1 pm matinee are still available at Speedee and at the door for $10.
Friday night’s production is sold out.
