The total amount raised from yesterday’s McHappy day was recently released.
Just over $2100 (2107.40) was fund raised through donations through McDonald’s, half of which will be donated to the Bulkley Valley Child Development Centre’s Project Pinwheel.
The $1053 will be going towards the new CDC facility, that will help children with special and health needs and their families.
Executive director Kerri Bassett and the centre are very thankful for the community’s input.
“Oh we’re excited and very grateful for McDonald’s for their support to the Child Development Centre over the years. And yesterday’s McHappy day was a lot of fun!”

McHappy day is an annual McDonald’s fundraiser that supports Ronald McDonald house and local charities.
