Commodity Juicery will be given their building permit today, after recent adjustments to building plans, and can finally replace their blue sign with scaffolding.
Owner Jeremy Roth is excited about his business and believes that healthy living is more than just the flavour of the week.
“I think it’s not even going to be a trend, I think it’s going to be something that stays for a while. We’re going back to our roots: to our gardens, “fresh,” and knowing where things come from. It’s a really exciting thing to actually to go back to and I’m happy to be a part of it,” he says.
The restaurant’s menu will include items like organic, in-house drinks, teas, coffees, and lunches.
Roth hopes to begin building in the next two weeks.
