Residents are not to water their lawns, wash cars, houses, or driveways at any time.
Do not fill swimmings pools or hot tubs.
Decorative fountains that do not recirculate water are not to be used.
Watering plants or gardens may only be done by hand with a hose or container. Watering techniques like sprinklers are forbidden.
These restrictions are in effect immediately until further notice.
