New hot food have been one of the highlights of this year’s Bulkley Valley Farmers Market.
The amount of ready-to-eat vendors has doubled from last year, which now include a pizzeria and a caravan selling spring rolls, waffles, roll-ups, among other things.
Administrative assistant Lyn Nugent says these new vendors bring a new element to the Market.
“Variety. I think having more options, particularly for people who come in a group or a family, it means that you can actually come to the market and you can stay and everyone can eat happily,” she says.
Also new this year, many vendors now accept debit and credit.
