Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for the Bulkley Valley and Lakes District.
Strong winds are expected for the two regions because of a low pressure system.
Winds are expected to gust up to 70- 80 km/h.
Environment Canada is reminding people that the strong winds could toss small objects or result in small tree branches to break.
The winds are expected to ease this evening.
