A petition calling for greater access to COVID-19 rapid testing kits is gaining strength in our province.
“COVID Test Finders,” a group that tracks access to rapid testing in Canada, has more than 11-thousand signatures supporting its call for wider access to the kits in B-C.
It wants the provincial government to make rapid-testing kits available, for free, to anyone who wants them.
So far, more than three million kits have been sent to B-C by the federal government.
But only 300-thousand have been used.
