Northern BC lotto players looking to win $81 million dollar Lotto Max draw

BC gamblers are looking to score big just over a week before Christmas.

Friday’s Lotto Max draw has grown to a record-tying 70 million dollars with an additional 11 Maxmillion prizes up for grabs.

BC Lottery Corporation Spokesperson, Erica Simpson told Vista Radio 2021 has been a good year for the north.

“We had Tammy Manning win the 13-million dollars Lotto Max jackpot in April and we had Juanita Parnell of Prince Rupert pick up 5.8 million playing the Lotto 6/49.”

“There have been some fun and wonderful stories to tell about some of our winners in British Columbia in 2021.”

Simpson also reminds residents that lotto purchases of any kind should be geared towards adults and not anyone under the age of 19.

“We have so many players who do love playing the bigger jackpots and it’s a good time if you are looking for a stocking stuffer, lottery tickets do make a great gift for adults.”

During Tuesday’s Lotto Max Draw, nobody in Canada claimed the 65-million dollar grand prize.

The winning numbers were 3 21 22 26 28 44 49 Bonus: 34.

The deadline to purchase your tickets is 7:30 pm tomorrow night (Friday).

Lotto Max draws occur twice a week and players must match all seven numbers to win the jackpot or Maxmillion prizes.

Tickets begin at five dollars per play.
