CNC Board of Governors approve two percent tuition and fee hike for next year

Students at the College of New Caledonia will be paying six dollars more for a university transfer course next year.

Today (Friday), the Board of Governors approved a two-percent spike in tuition and mandatory fees for the 2022/23 academic year for domestic and international students.

The hike will be a little costlier for new international students who will see a four percent tuition increase next year.

Tuition and fee changes focus on affordability for students as well as addressing anticipated costs due to pandemic financial pressures.

CNC is also accepting submissions for its public budget consultation session.
