Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for the Lakes District.
A winter storm is expected for the region that could bring 15 to 25 cm of snow.
The storm is expected to start Tuesday (Dec 21) and last until Wednesday morning (Dec 22) before tapering off in the afternoon.
The areas affected include the Lakes District, Prince George, Highway 16, Stuart-Nechako, Cariboo, McGregor, Williston and Pine Pass.
Environment Canada is reminding drivers that visibility may be suddenly reduced due to heavy snow.
