New Hazelton RCMP Report: July 16th – 22nd

New Hazelton RCMP responded to 98 calls between July 16th and 22nd.

Police received a call of an altercation in Old Hazleton on Thursday, July 16th.

Two males were in a fight, one of whom was allegedly drunk despite allowed to consume alcohol.

He was arrested and will be appearing in court at a later date.

Police responded to a single vehicle ATV accident near the Kispiox water tower on Saturday, July 18th.

Upon arrival, Police found an older male with head injuries, and had him transported to hospital.

The investigation is ongoing and police are asking anyone with information to come forward.

Police responded to a break and enter call on Wednesday, July 22nd.

The home was on the 4700 block of Pine Crescent In Gitanmaax.

Police the home invaders entered through an unlocked door and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
