School District 54 has announced a new Vice Principal at Muheim Elementary School.
Mary Neto will be taking over for Liliana Pesche who is now the principal of the school after administrative changes earlier this year.
Neto started teaching in the Bulkley Valley in 2008 and for the past five years has been teaching at Walnut Park Elementary School.
According to the School District she has also held different positions within the district including Comprehensive School Health Leader, Physical Literacy School lead, trauma informed practice and core competencies.
She started the new leadership position on August 1.
