One person has been arrested following a break, enter and theft at Tricon Truss in Smithers.
The RCMP received the report on August 20 and through the investigation a suspect was identified.
Police said on Sunday (August 28) a search warrant was obtained for a residence in the 2000 block of Riverside Drive.
While searching the residence RCMP located a significant quantity of stolen property connected to several other break and enters that have occurred over the last two years.
A 38 year-old Smithers resident was arrested and later released on an Undertaking with a pending court date.
Smithers RCMP said the investigation was a collaborative effort of Smithers General Duty members and the Smithers General Investigation Section.
