Smithers RCMP says that there has been a recent uptick in property crime within the community where items have been stolen.
Police added that they have been working to recover the stolen items and other items have been located that have not been reported.
Smithers RCMP are looking to reunite owners with their valuables so on September 26 Cst.NYDR will be at the detachment to return these items to their owners.
In order to have your items returned you must show proof of ownership such as photos or a serial number.
