Northern Lights Wildlife Society will receive help from an unlikely source to fund their new truck.
UK-based Hauser Bears Charity will match all donations for a maximum of $15,000.
This nearly halves the amount needed for the desired $40,000 truck,
Northern Lights co-founder Angelika Langen was having trouble putting her emotions into words.
“Tt’s just amazing. I’m still floating on cloud nine,” she says.
The current truck has surpassed 450,000 km and can no longer make the long, animal-rehabilitating trips.
