Hospitalizations due to COVID-19 are on the rise in B-C.
The latest figures from the province show that 389 people were being treated as of last week.
That’s an increase of 24 in the seven days.
The report also shows another 32 people died of COVID-19.
That’s brought the province’s death toll to 44-hundred and 23 since the pandemic began.
In Northern Health, 15 people are currently hospitalized with the virus, one of which is in critical care.
Two deaths have also occurred, bringing the overall tally to 386 since the onset of the pandemic.
