Nearly 16-thousand people in Northern Health have received their flu shot

A good portion of northern residents rolled up their sleeves and received their flu shot.

According to the Ministry of Health, about 16-thousand people in our region got inoculated between October 1st and 24th.

Over 11-thousand of them got immunized at a community pharmacy, while another 46-hundred utilized public health.

As of Friday, over 630-thousand people province-wide have been immunized.
