Bulkley Valley athletes have finished their respective competitions today.
Telkwa resident Morgan Monkman helped Team BC to two indoor volleyball wins at the Western Canada Summer Games.
The team beat The Yukon and then the Northwest Territories, both in 3 straight sets. The girls allowed an average of 8.83 points against in each set.
Round Robin action will continue tomorrow before playoffs on Saturday.
In Toronto, Jonathan Dieleman participated in his final event at the at the Parapan American Games.
He finished Men’s 150m Individual Medley SM4 in 3-minutes-38 seconds, which landed him in 7th in the final heat.
