C.O.B. Piperfest Cancelled

Due to unforeseen circumstances, C.O.B. Piperfest has been cancelled for this year.
 
Originally planned for August 8th, the downhill bike race was rescheduled to this weekend.
 
However, Co-owner Gabe Newman says a few things have come up in the past few months.
 
“We have a new baby and it wasn’t going to work out for the early August date, so we thought September 5th would be a great day just before everyone heads back to school and the weekend before the McBike race,” she says, “a week ago, Dave, my partner, pulled a calf muscle and is currently on crutches.”
 
Not all of C.O.B.’s events are cancelled, though. Their “Upchuck 2 & 3” challenges will still take place September 20th.
