Residents will be offered a safe ride to and from the Telkwa Barbecue this weekend.
For 10-dollars, the Smithers Steelheads bus will shuttle concert-goers to and from Saturday’s and Sunday’s events.
There will be two shuttles leaving from the Smithers Arena, departing at 5:15 PM and 6:15 PM respectively.
The bus will then make pick ups at Smithers Safeway and Telkwa One Stop en route to the barbecue.
On the way home, the first shuttle will head home Immediately following the last song on both nights.
The second will swing by later to pick up any “last stragglers.”
The shuttle will drop people off in the reverse order it made its pickups.
