A used clothing sale this weekend will give kids warm clothing and a local school additional funding.
St. Joe’s is holding it’s semi-annual Used Clothing and Toys Sale on Saturday, with all proceeds going back into the school.
Vendors paid $20 to set up their own hand-me-downs so kids and adults can shop through them.
Grade 3 teacher Erin Brienesse says she’d love to see the community come out and shop.
“It’s a great fundraiser for the school and it’s a great way to reuse things,” she says, “I would love to see lots of people come and check it out and find things they might like for their kids.”
The sale will be held in the school gymnasium from 9 AM – 11 AM. Admission is $1 for adults and kids are free.
