The Burns Lake event at the Francois Lake Hall saw 150 people participate and raised almost $12,000 for the Terry Fox Foundation.
A run, walk, or bike was part of the event, along with a BBQ and a silent auction.
In Smithers, a record-breaking $6,200 was raised at the event and saw about 150 people participating in the run, walk, and bike.
Next year, the event is scheduled to happen on Sunday, September 14th.
