An event around multiculturalism is coming up in Smithers.
The Kaleidoscope Festival is being put on by the Smithers Multicultural Society at the Della Herman Theatre on November 16th.
“It will have about 18 performances starting at 6:00 [p.m.], doors open at 5:30,” said Society Chair Patrica Kolida.
This will include dances from Calgary’s Bollywood Dancers, Vancouver’s PhilCas, and various local performers.
That afternoon, various events and activities are also being held including dance workshops by some of the performers.
