A new roof drainage system is being installed at the Houston Health Centre.
This comes as their current drainage pits have reached their end of life.
The work includes installing new drainage pits in the ground along with rerouting their exterior drainpipes into the new system.
According to Northern Health, this is to help prevent rainwater from pooling on the building’s roof.
Construction is nearing completion, and no service disruptions are expected.
